hahah my wife does that ALL the time. We be some place on a bridge or a cliff and all of sudden the healer (my wife) would be gone...
I hate being at the mercy of other, when a boss does something like tenderizing you, and you cant get out of but if your teammates interrupt it they could save you...
but none of them do

✭Tearing across the landscape on your mount at full speed and not seeing that big cliff in time...I can handle getting killed, but I always feel bad hearing my mount die and then seeing it lay there lifeless next to my corpse on the dreaded "blue screen of death".
Ah, that reminds me of the very first time I ever died in the game. I saw all that blue and I thought to myself. "Really? That had to be good for a few laughs at the water cooler."

Spend 10 minutes riding very slowly to a battle. Arrive. Get random loading screen. Exit the loading screen 2 minutes later. Realise you were killed.1 -

One time my character was stuck in mid-air inside the Shark's Teeth Grotto delve. I was also doing a slo-mo slide and eventually got stuck inside a wall, all the while unsuccessfully sliding further into the wall. I didn't want to log out or port out so I made my character commit suicide. People were killing mobs around me so it took me a while to aggro a mob to kill me. I was semi-tank. Took a while. Mob almost got killed before it managed to kill me.
I revived and I rejoiced! I killed some mobs on same platform, and somehow got stuck in mid-air again. I had to repeat steps above. ✭✭✭✭✭Standing on top of a tower watching the sun set. I wanted a screen shot but my character is short and the wall was in the way. I decided I could jump and do the screen shot and the wall wouldn't be in the shot. Instead I backrolled off the tower to my death.
Also tried to jump into the ocean once and missed.
The worst though might have been soloing a world boss. I was low on health and boss was about dead. Instead of healing myself I hit for all I was worth and killed the boss. While thinking something along the lines of "whew that was close" an unseen crab killed me.and then the parrot said, "must be the water mines green too."0 -

Pink_E_808✭✭✭✭The very first time I went into a delve in Cyrodiil (a little way into EP territory from AD), I surprised two much higher lvl DC guys. They took me out quickly. Didn't go back into another for a while.
Also got stuck in the water once stealthing around Bloodmayne. Couldn't roll dodge or jump out, so I tried re-logging first. When I got back on, there was a zerg of mounted DC's running all around me and saw me just crouching there, still unable to get out. Did get me unstuck though...when I died, lol.1
