Crown sale. All works fine until I want to pay. 'transaction is not authorized'.
Payments on other sites work fine. But they know what they are doing and use an external payment service.
Browser cache emptied, cookies deleted.
I already tried an old workaround that said 'use a leading zero for your 3 digit security code'.
Any other tricks I can try?
I can NOT open a support ticket because neither my (working) game login data nor my (working) forum login data is accepted!

ZOS_BilladminIf you've already went through the troubleshooting for transaction errors, but are still getting 'transaction is not authorized' you'll need to submit a support ticket. Please make sure you are using this link when contacting support. If it's not letting you login, try the link in a different browser. You can also try submitting your ticket through the account recovery page as well.
