Error buying crowns

I'm trying to buy crowns but after I bought 5 packs it started giving me this error: 'There were issues with your recent transaction attempt. Please check the provided information again or contact support at http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home.' Is this intended or can you fix it?

The card issuer gets suspicious when too many are done too soon. Just wait a while and it works again. They need a quantity field."Get off my lawn!"3 -

✭✭✭As the person above said, 'tis a safe guard from your card issuer. Be thankful they do it. Also as the above person stated, crowns should have a quantity field.1 -
