Error buying crowns

I'm trying to buy crowns but after I bought 5 packs it started giving me this error: 'There were issues with your recent transaction attempt. Please check the provided information again or contact support at http://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/home.' Is this intended or can you fix it?

The card issuer gets suspicious when too many are done too soon. Just wait a while and it works again. They need a quantity field.

As the person above said, 'tis a safe guard from your card issuer. Be thankful they do it. Also as the above person stated, crowns should have a quantity field.

Yeah, I've had something like this happen to me...on another web site. If the problem persists, you might need to call your credit card company to remove the hold on your credit card.
