I buy The Elder Scrolls Online - Gold Edition two weeks ago. I install and update game files. I can log in to game, but if my character go to another map, or if i go to dungeons, or if i change instance, i always log out and this error happen. I can play only with VPN and if i use program "Windscribe", he give me static external IP and i can play. But this is very difficult to me, i want to play without VPN.
In my router "TP-Link" setup, i change Dynamic IP to Static IP. And i set for Forwarding Ports exactly what instruction say. I have laptop Alienware M17x R3, he is connected via WiFi to my router. So i set up my internal IP 192.168.0.104 and bind it only to my MAC Address.
And i have Avira Antivirus, so i add all *.exe files in ESO folder to exception. And i Reset folder ProgramData too.
And i play in many games via internet like: Diablo 3, CS:GO, WoW, Lineage 2, Far Cry 4, Path of Exile, and i Never have any problem with internet connection. My ISP says, ESO game probably have some additional protection, but i dont understand that.
So i please, can you give me permission go play this game? I cant change my internet provider, and i cant change my location. For now i can play only using VPN and my ping is 180 - 340 ms!!!.

ValkynSketha✭✭✭✭✭Call you ISP, it is issue with them, your ip from them is continuously changing. It wont help doing that thro your router, also i recommend getting different router brand.5 -
ValkynSketha✭✭✭✭✭Additional info: the ip you are setting static is the ip you get from your router, the problem is not with it, it is from the ip you get from your isp, i am 100% sure it is changing continuously, and that what causing the problem, i would give them hell if i were you, i am talking from experience.Edited by ValkynSketha on August 22, 2017 4:41AM5

I got +50 more ping from vpn, thankfully its more stable than windscribe.
Windscribe for me is really unstable, too many lagspikes, especially in dungeons.
Try using OpenVPN with a secure and reliable connection with the server near where you live.5
