Game freezes after kills

The Freeze-bug still comes to visit my PS4.
Last night, after a couple of hours I started freezing on kills again.

To be noted that before the last patch I never had issues. Not a single one.

Support told me it's my console-ISP-local network.
Viable solutions are:
- Turn off your console (not just put it to sleep);
- Delete savegame datas;
- Reset modem/router;
- Open ports (or put your console in DMZ).

Still suffering from kill-freezes. Nothing I do seems to solve the issue and support have no clue.
A pity. The game has been perfect since the last patch.

This just started for me - very annoying (PC/ NA )

Edit ... theory is out of date add-on's (after Horns of the Reach)

Edit2... wasn't out of date Add-on's, but looks like 'Research grid' v8.1

Edit3.. love it when add-on authors and engaged, v8.2 now avoids the issue - reported to be onthe ZOS side - Fix: get v8.2. Thanks Ayantir !
