As per the tooltip this morph of Fighter Guild skill (Silverbolts) allows you to pull yourself to the enemy (kinda like Critical Charge of 2H)
But as per some videos from youtube, it is kinda different as it pulls the enemy to you instead of pulling yourself to the enemy.

✭✭✭✭✭Pretty sure Silver Leash pulls the enemy to you unless it's a large foe, with CC immunity, in which case you're going for a little trip.
I mean, personally, I just use shards.0 -
Rahotu✭✭✭it's considered a 'closer' for tanks,you get to fight in melee range as opposed to pull the add to you,so it does what it says,it 'pulls' you to the target,be it boss or mob,remember most bosses can't be 'pulled'
