Zotami✭✭I got me a new comp I have tried everything to log in to my account to download game. It's asking for an access code and the automated system isn't sending to my email.
I have tried everything the support has told me to do and still no access code being emailed.
I've asked for a password reset and that dont even work. Nothing is being sent to my email from Zenimax
I do NOT have a spam folder to look in and I have added all addresses from zenimax to safe addresses.
I tried 2 other browsers
I've even tried changing my account email but to many questions about my characters and other crap I cant recall

✭Sure you didn't got hacked - and someone changed your e-mail address, and that's why you don't get the mail?
Did you try and contact Support directly and ask why? They're usually quite fast with responding to tickets on weekdays. As long as you update it after the "Automated response".Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.

Yes ZOS_BillE my new e-mail address works but not sure why the e-mail address I had been using for this game since 2/9/14 quit working but I received the access code with new e-mail thank-you for asking@Zotami
