look like we can only play the Basic game now, group playing has taken over the game now. I can remember when the game came out we got great treasure chest and were able to kill world boss on are own, now it take a group to do it.And now you can not complete quest because it take you to group area.Morrowwin treasure chest are now right there chest from tamerial a lot of time.

You can still solo most world bosses and the whole game is still single player mode. The only thing you'll need a group for is Craglorn, dungeons, and trials. It's quite easy, and sure you'll probably run into others while doing most things anyways.

If you get to a world boss that's a little tougher, just post in chat asking for help at whichever boss you're at and say please. Wait a little bit and I'm sure others will show up to help you.

some world bosses can still be soloed. and some couldnt before.
it depends on you and your setup vs their abilities. sometimes you can lock em down, sometimes you cant.

Uh... No. I solo dungeons and WBs regularly. Does it take longer than it does with a group? Sure, but it's a fun challenge. Just rebuild your character properly and you can still solo the vast majority of this game.

World bosses was buffed on the other hand its added lots of new solo stuff, TG, DB, orsinium, morrowind.
Add that the entire map is relevant, the last is huge.

To be fair it is supposed to be a "massively multiplayer" game rather than a multiplayer game, and really the only thing in this game that is "massively multiplayer" is Cyrodil, much of the rest that is group specific is just glorified co-op content and isn't "massively multiplayer" at all.

Just about all world bosses are soloable, as are the majority of normal dungeons. You just can't be semi-afk spamming light attacks.

Everything except dungeons, trials, much craglorn content and world bosses are single player.
PvP can be done both group and solo.

I say the majority is solo

When the game launched WBs were widely considered a joke because they could be soloed. Many of the original bosses can still be done solo.

Fortunately the WBs in the added zones offer some challenge and mostly require a small group at the least. It's a step up.

I'm not sure what OP means by group zones. Outside of the WBs I've soloed everything I've seen. Granted I have not completed everything in Morrowind but have cleared most of it.

It's a good thing to have such group challenges in an MMO. Great for meeting other players.

I don't think we should waste further time in this thread. @DNeiman merely comes to the forums with a complain and seems to not really care to support her/his claims since never returned to either thread created.

#1 reason why I play ESO is because most of the content can be solo'd and I raid content is completely optional.

World bosses in the dlc areas all have quests so lots of players do them, if some ask for help killing boss join and ask if they share quest. This give an quest reward who can be very good.
Now it can be anything from +10 players to just a few in the group.

You can quest or farm between these.

Bruh you can solo the entire main questline (including crag) and every overworld boss. Even normal dungeons can be solo'd without much difficulty.

Not so sure that poll shows what you think it shows. It asked if people played the game solo. It didn't say exclusively solo or mostly solo. Just solo. So technically if you spend some time running around harvesting or mining you played solo. Wasn't a well worded poll.

That aside these forums represent a very small amount of players in the game and most likely do not give a fair representation.

or are new to the game
or are leveling a new character
or simply cant be bothered to work out what needs to be done with the character you happen to be logged into at the moment

I'd say that if I can solo 75% of world bosses and most of Craglorn on my healer, most people should be able to.

A lot of 'group content' in this game can be done solo, including a number of normal dungeons, much more can be done with just 2 people, in my case even some vet dungeons. You have my sympathies of you cannot even find one person to call a friend and complete some of the content with.

I take it to mean they played part of the game solo.

And again the crowd here is not a true representation of the game. If 65% of people that responded positive to a poll in these forums you can't assume that 65% of players that do not come to these forums would respond the same way. Your data pool is to narrow.

Still most of the game can be played single player other than the annoying player or two that thinks they need to run you over with a horse as you travel about.
