Performance Issues with Horns DLC

I have never had real performance issues with ESO. Since the Horns of the Reach DLC dropped, I have been doing a lot of Vet dungeons and the following two things are happening constantly regardless of the dungeon:

1.) Horrendous LAG. This has been happening with everyone in our party. Relogging has become a frequent occurrence to cure the ongoing lag. Thing is, it isn't consistent and usually begins happening on boss battles.

2.) Delayed Mob Deaths. This one is happening non-stop constantly. Kill a mob, it is dead, but it stands up for a second before finally falling over. Really confusing in intense boss + add fights in Veteran especially.

Anyone else seeing these issues? They are happening with everyone I have been playing with.

    I couldn't tell ya since I can't even log into the damn game. I get an infinite load screen before I can even select my character. Nothing will fix it either. I tried resetting my computer a dozen times and uninstalled and reinstalled it.

    It's probably the surge of some of people all coming back and all trying to do the Vet dungeons.

    This happens on every MMO, every time there is new content. People come back and everyone tries to do the same content.

    Before you complain and say they need to build servers to handle that. They aren't going to spend the extra money to build a server to handle the surge of players that is going to last maybe 2 weeks then go back down to normal levels. You are going to build a server that will handle the normal level of activity plus a little extra to handle the abnormal spikes in population.

    The same would be building a highway. You aren't going to build a 8 lane super highway because you know for the first month when it's done it will be overused. You are going to build 4 lanes if that is all the normal traffic calls for.
