Infused sword/bow/staff with oblivion damage glyph

and any other set you want to fill the rest of the slot. the thing about this build is that it lets you PLAY THE WAY YOU WANT once you take proper measures and using torug's pact with oblivion damage glyphs

Put your champion points however you want
put any skill you want on skill bar
the key for this build's success is spamming light attacks and not dying

example rotations:
light attack -> light attack -> light attack -> vigor+roll dodge/CC your opponent -> light attack -> light attack -> light attack and repeat
light attack -> light attack -> light attack ->harness magicka+healing ward+roll dodge/CC your opponent -> light attack -> light attack -> light attack and repeat

ultimate suggestion but not mandatory: soul assault
because it snares your opponent thus your other faction teammates can help you solo your opponent before he runs away

this build is very efficient because it lets you use your stamina pool only for CC breaking/roll dodging and your magicka pool for CCing your enemy and bit of shields

**NO SKILL REQUIRED**
while some elitists will say its cruel to spam light attacks in cyrodiil and thats cancer, you are actually just having fun in video games and not going to write in your resume "i used torug's pact in pvp" unless you apply for Zenimax

**THIS BUILD HELPS PERFORMANCE**
one of the key things for this build is improving the *** performance of Cyrodiil across all platforms, because you will use 80% less skills and sticking to light attacking
shout out for devs: its a smart move to let 90% of players use torug's pact to improve cyrodiil performance, thumbs up. you guys teach us a new way to look into things IRL aswell.
