I think it would have to be lore-friendly, and almost certainly not a Mer race as we already have 4 of them - Altmer, Dunmer, Bosmer, Orsimer. Plus, there is only the Maormer left in Tamriel at this point in Lore. All other mer races are extinct or have become part of the main 4.
We also already have 4 Human Races - Breton, Nord, Redguard and Imperial. Lore also suggests that these 4 are the only known humans races left on Nirn at this point as well.
Then we have 2 beast races - Khajiit and Argonian. So I think another Beast race would be in order here. But what? Lore suggests the Lilmothiit are all but extinct, having been possibly the starting point of the Knahaten Flu in southern Black Marsh.
I'm not sure whats happened to the Sload, but they cannot seemingly be found in Tamriel right now. Plus I suspect they would be impractical to attempt to do graphics wise.
The Imga have disappeared, although they lived alongside the Altmer in Summerset - the last messages from them suggest they went to Falinesti to wait out the Three Banners War.
This only leaves the Akaviri races - the Ka'Po'Tun, The Tsaesci, and the Tang Mo. I suspect the Tang Mo would be a cool race to have, the monkey people. But, we would need a whole new chapter involving a reason for them travelling to Tamriel in the mid second Era, then disappearing before Tiber Septim gets the throne in 2E 830.

Didn't you read it tho? The Imgas have all "gone to visit" Falinesti to wait out the Planemeld and Alliance War, so there's no way they'd be here now.
Maormer are not native to Tamriel, they come from Pyandonea. So the chances of seeing them added are slim, unless Bethesda does decide to do so.

Cant seem to go anywhere in AD without running into them so not to far fetched the chances that one isnt a total ass may be hard to find.
Other racial option i see os the naga from murk mire rate but not extinct.
Other khajiit species.like the more human or elf like ones would be a nice touch i like cat people but not the anthro cat kind
The akaviri seem logical the way some lore describes the human races over there they sound like a standard japanses asian samurai kinda vibe. That would up our human races a little.
Imga could be cool but i see some edots needing to be done to armors maybe longer arms ajorter legs helm adjust for more ape man like builds.
Sload slim to no chance they have terrible mobility outside water and have the finesse of jabba the hut on a jog
...but they wouldn't work with the lore background we have here.I guess Dremora could be a thing. They are already in game, human like enough to use all existing weapons, armour and mounts and even though it is a little stretch lore wise you could fit them in as good guys. I personally would like to see Skaafin the most.

Removing things is always a bad idea, since it will vex -someone- among the player base. Adding things on the other hand can be neat, since some people love to try out new stuff...MLGProPlayer wrote: »Remove argonians and replace them with new elven class. Maomer maybe.

A new chapter involving Pyandonea, and you can either be a Maormer and help Pyandonea, or hinder Pyandonea as a Tamrielian.

Bursting your bubbles but the next chapter is Murkmire.

I think we need more classes though. I mean, like five more would be good. Like these:
Necromancer (undead)
Martial Artist (hand to hand)
Daedric Worshiper (uses Daedric Magic)
Illusionist (Skyrim stuff, maybe group invisibility magic)
Moth Priest (whatever the heck it is they do)
I'm all for a hand to hand/undeath/illusion class or skill line, but I just want to play as a Maormer.

As for skills, 1 line for Summoning undead 1 for Black Absorbing magic which heals you each attack. And also have Fear skills. And 1 line for AoE. Like putting a big black hole with bone hands coming through. Passive skills: Increase HP Recovery with staves.
Like a vampire, but it is not. Necromancer class should be some kind of a Undead thing. And for the best experience. Each time you cast a black mage, your character will have a black aura for [x] seconds.
Necromancer is not a race....
Users of the new crown skin can be summoned by necromancers, as you look like you have been dead a long time.starkerealm wrote: »Bouldercleave wrote: »Necromancer - Black Magic.

A race to the bottom. To see who can dredge up the most corpses.
You might not know this because you did not read prior posts, or research the matter, but that information is unfortunately incorrect. You might not know that but TES games always offered 10 races and it should stay that way.
...skins and polymorphs are not really a "playable race" - more like, a illusion disguise or more or less temporary affliction, depending on the roleplay......However skins and polymorphs are definitely an option. We technically already have Xivkyn, Dremora, Draugr, and Skeletons as playable races (without any new passives of course) and with the skins I see the possibility to get different Khajiit/Argonian subspecies into the game...

What we are talking about are -races- complete with passives, appereance options and their own initial crafting style.
I wouldn't want any other races to be added into the game as playable races.
