Crafted Build -

5 Hundings Rage, 4 Night Mothers Gaze (head, shoulders, 2 daggers) 3 Agility Jewellery with weapon damage enchants.

This will leave your Max stamina and Recovery on the low side - about 26K max stam, and 880 recovery on a Khajiit.

You will however have 71% crit, and 2920 Weapon damage.

So, go all divines, and use the Tower Mundus to add Max stamina, raising you to around 29K.

Add to that Dubious Camoran Throne drink, and you will click about 33K Stam, and 1300 recovery.

This build does decent-ish DPS, and is hellish fun to play in overland PvE.

Its also very good in PvP, but harder to play as it has no procs.

A skill I use in PvE that is very much overlooked, and can be used as a cone AoE for multiple mobs on Dual Wield is Shrouded Daggers, which is the the level 42 skill on the Dual Wield tree. You aim at one of the mobs, and the daggers will bounce to two further targets, hitting for around 15-18K every single time.

I use Shrouded Daggers, Sudden Attack, Leeching Strikes (this skill is a very decent heal now. It got buffed recently.), Camo Hunter passive, and Ambush on my front dual wield Daggers bar.
