Saw someone selling cp 180 gear. What to think of it??

So I wanted to post this a few days ago but never really found the time to do it. In the chat a player wanted to sell a maelstrom staff even though it was already bound. The staff though was normal quality and has a cp of 180.

Its possible and trolls use them sometimes.
At IC release, people used to "sell" cp180 golden willpower items.
It was 2 years ago, but they still dont exist.

Don't feel bad, it would fool most, had been more fun with something more plausible like an bind on pickup maelstrom weapon after next update saying update broke bind on pickup on it.
How many would you get farming vMA
