You can totally do normal dungeons. You can also totally do vet dungeons but be aware that some chosen people kick anyone <160 cp, even though it's been proven time and again cp is not indicative of one's performance. I'd advise sticking to normals unless/until you get a guild/friends who don't mind showing you the ropes, until you're cp 160. You're close, you can do this:)
Generally dungeons I are the easiest, along with dungeons with no numbers in their names, dungeons II tend to be harder and dlc dungeons(White-Gold Tower, Imperial City Prison, Ruins of Mazzatun, Cradle of Shadows and 2 more to be added in a few days) tend to be the hardest. Might want to do them in that order.
Whatever level you do them on, try to have gear as close to your level as possible(outleveling gear stops being a problem at 160 cp but til then it's not uncommon for cp 140 people to wear cp 50 gear. Do not do this, especially if you decide to try a vet dungeon) and some grasp on your role - if you're a healer bring along a resto staff and at least some healing skills, if a tank don't forget s&b and taunt, if dps try to make sure you do at least 10-15k dps(this is actually enough to do most vet dungeons). You also want something like 17-20k health as a dps/healer and 25k+ as a tank(that's for vet dungeons mostly). The real problem low cp people usually(not always, have run with some great ~100 cp people in vet dlc dungeons, 10/10 would take them again) have is not actual lack of cp but lack of experience and being unfamiliar with their own class and base game mechanics(block, dodge, bash etc).

Thanks. I'll give it a shot.
