Cant connect...again

Cant connect to the server...been trying since the last hour and nothing...it was fine until an hour ago and now I am either getting constant Error 107 or 200 or when I get in im stuck on "Requesting Character load"...I would like a proper answer on how to fix this or a reply for a ZoS official since I am more than aware this is not from my end...
P.S. if any stupid replies come along like "fix you internet" and such I will make sure you wake up in the morning next to a hagraven!
