some REALLY good players - top tier - used to jump to call attention to themselves it seems

now every little scrub with their 5 friends in stealth does it because its "cool" and they are "badass"

edit: fwiw perhaps it helps them time their rotation with the jumps or something, I don't know

If you talk about the rando jumping around before a fight, people do it all the time in Archeage too. I *literally* think they just have ADD.

I often jump when I run and during fights and stuff, but it's mainly because I don't like how some animations stop me moving!
