Give some form of rational (i.e. Precise will make crits that much better while cp has the option for armor pen)

    Infused, cause the increased damage you get from stronger enchantments and lower cooldown seems to be outweighing everything else in both PvP and PvE, just different enchants for each type of gameplay.

    i think the new buffed status effects are interesting so i am defiantly going to play around allot more with Weighted ?

    Infused on my torugs build
    Precise on pretty much most other builds for the potential burst and more heals
    But nirn over precise when my builds allows for msa weps or crafted weps.
    PS4 EU DC

    Current CP : 756+

    I have every character level 50, both a magicka and stamina version.

    RIP my effort to get 5x v16 characters...

    It seems like a push for re gearing, as most stats will just switch around but the same outcome will happen if you take precise and get penetration off the new mundus stone. Anyone know the new mundus' name?
