✭✭✭✭They have no idea what they are talking about. 30+ seconds of passive, critable healing that lets you attack to heal is much better than a cast, which can be interupted.

✭✭✭✭To my knowledge, there has only been a buff to surge. IF I read the patch notes right, the heal takes your higher crit chance into the factor for its healing. That means running crit surge on a mag sorc that uses pots or entropy gives you even larger healing than before.
Would double check this, I am definitely fallible.1
