When I in the game, the mouse would just slowly move up or down from time to time, the problem exists even after I got a new PC and new mouse.
Nothing major but it has made a pain when I try to put painting on the wall of my house

✭Click on the eso.exe / eso64.exe, right mouse -> properties, go in compatibility tab and click the DPI scaling thingy.. set it to application managed (Win10).0
