What's the cooldown on shock enchant?

I know that Crushing enchant has like 10 second cooldown, but how long is the shock enchant one?

Gonna test Torug's/Infused now and after HotR when they remove the bug in the PTS that it procs every 0.8 seconds. Was supposed to proc like 1.4 seconds?

Note that the 0.8 sec/proc with Torug's is currently a bug and the devs have said it will be fixed in the next update (back to the correct 1.4 sec/proc).
