This can fix the problem:
Go to:
-Windows (C)
-Programmes files (X86)
-Zenimax Online
-The elder scrols online
-Game
-Client
You'll find two applications
Eso et Eso(x64)
Choose wich version you want to take (try both if you don't know witch one you want)
Right-click on it and execute it as ADMINISTRATOR
The game will start without the laucher. It is possible that you'll still have an error.
If it's the case wait a minut and try again, if you insist a little bit it should work.

Nah, there is definitely some problem with the EU servers, most people can't log in at all.
I've been logging in and out doing my writs and such pretty much since lunch time, not one single DC nor a single lag spike. It could be one of the IP's between the people having issues and the servers, all I know is my routes fine.
You're lucky then, but just because its working for you, it doesn't mean its working for everyone. From what I've seen in the forum, most people from EU can't log in or the game keeps crashing.
It was working fine ( well aside from the usual lag ) in the morning, the issue started a few hours ago.
That's exactly what I am saying, i'm not disputing that. As I said because it's not everybody (and I highly doubt it's people because i'm seeing hundreds of people online with no issues, I'm also in large dolmen group, none of which are having issues), it's probably one of the server hops between us and the servers rather than the server itself.0 -
