Zero stamina recovery bug?

I have seen a few occasions my stamina recovery gets stuck on zero.

Fighting outnumbered and my stamina does not seem to recover at all.

I thought perhaps the opposing players had enough cp in the siphoner between them to completely negate my 2.5k+ stamina recovery. But the same happened when I tried to fight the emp and he was alone.

Has this been confirmed as a bug?

Most likely you are somehow hitting the sneak bottom you are automatically taking from stealth to normal when you first enter combat but that's not the same as sneaking if you sneak mid fight without getting into stealth it will let you walk and fight with sneaking killing your recovery.

Otherwise it's a crazy bug.

I notice sometimes when I open my stat sheet stam recovery says zero for a few seconds maybe up to five seconds. Perhaps it's related?

A few guesses as to the cause:

You are stuck in sneak mode (or the game thinks you are).
You are in running mode. Even when I don't move if I press Shift (run) then my Stamina recovery goes to zero.
Perhaps something to do with Autorun mode.

Either way I would check your control bindings for sneak and run and make sure they are set to the keys/mouse controls you want and not to anything else. For example, Autorun was bound to MouseButton4 which would have caused issues if I accidentally hit it unknowingly.

With the double proc of cost poison, I've noticed that even if you don't cast any skills your stamina regen stagnates or becomes negative draining lots of stamina in under 1 sec. Due to lags and the 0 stamina recovery while holding the sprint key, you often have a delay between regen ticks of 3-5 seconds in fight which is extremely annoying

It's been happening with magic recovery as well. Just another lag problem that will probably get worse with the next patch

For me and many others every patch has introduced more lag and associated problems. Can't say from a technical standpoint maybe just utilizing more resources?

My only hope is that maybe with them removing friendly aoe animations it will help free up some resources to reduce lag, but based on 3yrs of playing I don't expect to see any improvement.

Hmmm... aoe reduction... besides that it will cut off a lot of necessary information and "action" I don't think it will help with the lag. The Server still has to pass the information that there is an aoe in that specific location to and from the client. So it might help with the fps but not with the lag.

I noticed today my stam recovery say 0 in character screen. In cyrodiil, my house everywhere it says 0 even reloading the game didnt help
