Is the forum being more actively being locked/moved recently? I see that Matt guy especially doing this far more aggressively than others. Also I do believe the mods are being selective about their thread lock/move process. Thoughts?
Examples:
1. Below thread is CLEARLY a housing thread, and yet it wasn't moved since 8/2 until I questioned why it hasn't been moved and the motive in relation. See my latest post on the thread and the subsequent move/lock of thread. My guess is that the forum mods are very selective about which threads to move/lock and which threads to keep/delay, depending on whether or not the thread helps ZOS or not.

2. Currently if anyone brings up a post about new forum layout it's being locked almost immediately. Example below but there are many similar threads that have been locked:

✭✭✭✭✭Nope!The 2nd point you made.. well, has always been the way it is. They have always closed threads that are about the same things. In this case, there is a specific thread directed at the website remodel and asking for feedback, so making more threads isn't helpful. It's easier for Zos to look at 1 thread for feedback than try to comb the forums.
I mentioned this in the other thread. It may just be that whatever threads are on top (recently bumped) while a mod is actively on the forums that tend to get moved. Maybe Matt is new and is just doing what has always been done.. he's just had more time for it

We have decided to lock this thread as it discusses moderator action, this is against our community rules. In the future please do not post threads in relation to moderator action regardless of intention.
We move threads around to where they are meant to be. It has always been a goal of moderation to have all threads in the proper place. Part of the reason this is the case is we want to encourage use of other sections of the forums and not have the general section the only one that is used.
We do have a few more moderators than we had, so this may become a more common occurrence.
