nMol is prob worth farming. (Thieves)
So is the Imp City dungeons, Scathing / Spell Power.
You'll get over not having DB, no particularly good sets there.
Wroth is good for the Mael and Juli sets.

If you have the crowns saved from your ESO+ time, getting the guild and glory pack is a pretty good deal and you'll get all of above.

Hist has a decent monster set. Veli. <--- not in bundle. It's almost worth not having this DLC just to not have it come up in your random dungeon finder.

I struggle to understand the title, but I am also very sleepy right now.

Endgame competitive pve and pvp require Imperial City LC, Wrothgar DLC, Thieves guild DLC, Shadow of The Hist and Morrowind expansion.

I meant, if it is worth buying the dlc after finishing the dlc's storylines and getting skill trees, since i won't i won't be able to access them when eso plus expires.

What do you want to do in this game? End game PvE? Questing and maybe some dungeons? PvP?

While you get to keep the SWAG and Skills you earn on that character even if the DLC goes away once you stop subbing, you have 13 other character slots to consider.

    1. Wrothgar as a zone is about the best place to rack up a ton of Champ Points, no matter what Champ Rank you are now
    2. Are any of your other characters going to be assassins? Or thieves?
    3. Telvar Stones, can they purchase stuff you want or need?
    4. Will you ever want challenging 4 Player and 12 player content?

If I was ever going to unsub, I would use my extra crowns to buy the DLCs before I did so.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

That's your answer then, isn't it? Quit ESO Plus. Play without it. If you commit to the game, get more involved, feel the need for the extra things-- then consider buying the DLC you miss. If you miss it all, consider re-subbing.
