Why do you make it so hard to change the way I/we pay for my/our ESO Plus account?
I discovered Friday that my credit card had a fraudulent charge on it and I had to cancel it. I realized that I had to change my payment information for ESO Plus, and I logged on hours ago, trying to find where to do that.
But nowhere in my account does it tell me where to do that. You would think that there is a button or link for payment updates/changes. If there is, you certainly hid it well.
I finally took the only step left to me and clicked to re-enter the necessary information for my account to be ESO Plus, and then I finally was able to change the applicable data.
Could you add somewhere that if you want to change the way you pay for ESO Plus, do this ....... .
Also, I had three days left on ESO Plus, so does me signing up again (early) negate those three days, or does it start after the third day??
