I'm curious as I've only played on ps4 and wanted to switch. I know PS4 is very popular with this game, not sure how popular on PC with hacking and other issues.

    All joking aside, I play on PC because I don't own an Xbone or PS4. I like having access to Add-ons and haven't noticed any "hacking"...
    No matter what you play on, at least were playing!

    I'd be surprised if PC wasn't more populated than console. Though I would warn you the experience seems much different compared to console from what I've seen in streams. It would probably be more immersive on console with the voice chat and lack of addons but PC has a lot of cheat like addons that will probably make the world less immersive.

    Is the server heavily populated? or does it seem to be dying? Is the PVP maxing out? is there plenty of new players joining so I'm not feeling left behind?

    Main reason I would try PC is there are a lot of convenient add ons.

    lots of DDOSing on PS4, its why I keep quitting, Zenimax doesn't do jack about the DDOSing in the campaign (even been DDOSed in PVP for getting a drop on a public boss because I hit him last).

    I've never been in a zone on PC-NA that was empty. I never have an issue with getting random dungeon groups (even on a DPS toon.) I am a part of 5 guilds all of which have a bunch of people on at all times day and night. When I'm in the newbie zones I often see questions in zone chat from new players asking questions and vets answering those questions.

    So in short PC-NA seems to be heavily populated enough and always seems to be growing. I can't really answer the PVP question as I'm a PVE player and RPer.

    There's plenty of players on all three options, I play PC because I rather not pay for the sub of PS4 or Xbox1 just to play. But that's personal preference, plus I don't own either of those.

    On NA PC there is one high pop campaign and a few others with low population. Not shrinking, been pretty much the same for past couple years, maybe grown slightly as we got more players from Japan and Oceanic region.

    Lot of new players joined for double AP week, hopefully at least some will stick around.

    According to Oct. 2016 article above PC, PS4 and XBox are apparently evenly populated, which means console has 2/3 of the population.

    Most addons can be set to be pretty minimal if you want, and many people on PC dont even use them. If you want to talk immersion, Console looks like an old oil painting compared to what my rig can do with a curved hi res monitor and graphic settings on max. Sometimes, I forget where I am. Haha

    pc is much larger then both ps4 and xb1, i'd switch without thinking about it if they would allow a complete transfer of my complete game including all inventory etc
