Simple Practice Dummy as furniture item

Hello everyone!
In all TES games since Morrowind one can catch sight of how NPCs train with dummies. Even in TES: Online dummies can be found in various locations. With Homestead introduced we received something like dummy, furniture named Practice Skeleton. Well, it looks interesting indeed and functionality is alright, but allow me to remind how real practice dummy looks like. Another examples from singleplayer TES games.
So, can we have such an item as a furniture for our houses? Same functionality as Practice Skeleton, but looking less bizarre? Please?
