stuck in wailing prison
im stuck at the end of the quest, cant leave and relog doesnt help cant submit a ticket either xbox one na... any ideas??

ZOS_BilladminAre you still having an issue with your newly created character stuck in the Wailing Prison?
You may want to try logging out your character, waiting an hour, then logging back in to try completing the tutorial. This can help reset things that could be causing your character to get stuck. As you are on Xbox, while logged off try power cycling the console as well.
Power Cycle the Console
To power cycle your Xbox One:- Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
- Unplug the console's power cable and wait for 10 seconds.
- Plug the power cable back in and turn the console back on by pressing the Xbox button again.
