Using DW Ultimate "Thrive in Chaos IV" Cyrodiil NPC guards reflects back 200k+ dmg to all friendly players within a LARGE radius = insta death.
I have tested this over 20 times and it happens every time. See screenshot

sparks is a skill that was taken out of the game over 2 years ago, in March 3 2015
. it was replaced by blade cloak.
