    ZOS, delete all sets and abilities, also all racial passives and just give everyone a bucket and broom.
    BOOM the game is balanced

    My thought is the OP was clearly bored and wanted to stir it up (which by the way is ok by me), but I'm disappointed, the OP could have been more subtle or creative, but "NERF all classes i don't play!" is just blah.

    Just remove all abilities, all weapons and give us sticks to poke each other.

    Solution would be much easier.. Give every Class a complete 11-12 piece setup, which is godlike strong instead of all other sets and combinations (ONLY FOR PvP). This Sets can configurated with that skills you prefer from your class. On that way some weaker classes can get more bonis as other stronger classes. With that you dont need a seperation from PvP and PvE and we dont had any cancer builds ect.! B)
