[Sorcerer] shields strength question

If I got shield on back bar, with a master restoration staff which boots my max magicka, and resulting of boosting my shield, ne then I bar swap (after casting my shield) but by swapping I'm loosing the max magicka I got from my master staff, will it decreases the strength of my shield?

✭✭✭If you recast it on the bar with the lower magicka then yes it will be lower, but if you cast it on the bar with the higher magicak and then swap bar then it won't drop in strength from swapping bar. It will remain the value it had when cast until damaged.1 -
