Say redcued magicka glyph gold 160, what % of magicka reduction is that roughly? Like 3%?
Mainly talking about heavy armour builds so the MA and LA passives of % reduction aren't added to the glyph.

✭✭✭✭✭Each Kuta based Spell Cost Reduction is 203 Magic, so the percentage reduction depends on base spell cost. Also, because of all the other passives that reduce cost and the order in which they are procced, you may not get a full 203 cost reduction, but some value close to that.
All I know is two reduce skill cost on Jewelry really help me maintain resources in a tough boss fight. The other is a Spell Power Boost (173 or 4 for that)
