Mer should have been an option ... snobby, power hungry slavers. They need to apologize to the Hist for wasting the oxygen they produce. All Mer are horrible, dark elves are the worst. Even when they are dead they dont have the decency to return to the void and their spirits roam around telling people they are doing it wrong... So arrogant, so annoying...
Haha, says the talking handbag

Fugly little bigots with no sense of hygiene.

It's not that I find their lore ridiculous, nor that they are too teeny-tiny, nor that I dislike their general look. These are part of my dislike but not the main reason.
It's the fecking accents. I can't describe just how appaling the Mockney accent is. It is painful to have to listen to through 3 (three!) whole zones. Far worse and much less endearing than the travesty in Mary Poppins.

I was going to say nords (looks like they are losing anyway), but I couldn't do that to my viking brothers. I honestly don't think I've ever seen a wood elf in any of my random dungeons, they seem useless, or at least not as good as x

Ugh, Altmer are not "terrible people" like a lot of you said, some of them are bad people like the Vailed heritance, but the Aldmeri Dominion took care of them, besides one of the most important guilds and the cause that magic is a thing in Tamriel was created by Vanus Galerion, an Altmer.
Bosmer are by far worse, they are ugly, they cannibalize, (but not too much now thanks to Queen Ayrenn, again, an Altmer) and they are just a big mess wherever they are.

Not to mention they were he ones whos coused the wars mostly after the death of Tiber Septim. cos they ego cannot beared the fact that Talos became a true god. They disgusts me, i hate them to be honest. In game some of them are nice, but most of is just getting in to my nervs with their stlye of speach, they are arrogant, they tallk to the players on that voice tone that i could definetly smash those elvs head into peices. I never thought i could feel so much hate for a fictional race, dont get me wrong i love every elevs in LOTR and so on but in the Eldercrolls Sires tehy are truly messed up *** race, and i wish someitems i can a have logn ass quest lien where i can kill them all. (dont get me wrong i dont hate those players whom playing with elvs they are mostly not that ego champions like the npcs and lore behind of them)

It seems like they're more heavily based on medieval English, with some French aspects thrown in. But I won't argue with you about it.Cynistrelle wrote: »And they are heavily base on french culture how is that weird? From the clothes to the castles and the royalty.
In anyway it's kinda hard not to see that the fact that they are called "Bretons" doesn't change that. If thats not the case than they sure are a lot alike.
