@Bartdude you know you can turn off the screens at the start of the game launch right? No need to waste time clicking.I also use the eso.exe file to launch the game, however I did notice that if I click through the loading screens to get to the sign in page quicker I get disconnects? so I always let it load without clicking through.

@AhPook_Is_Here
One reason for slow texture loading can be the harddrive.

I have also tweaked the usersettings.ini to get some more FPS but this is not an issue i am now getting while playing. The FPS is not bad all the time, it is almost 100 sometimes when i start the game, then i can stand in the same place for and hour or two and the FPS can be as low as 10. Full restart of the game helps, nothing else.
There is no launcher open, open launcher should not bloat the client anyways but still its not active. I also use the executable to run the game.
The gradual FPS loss looks like a meory leak to me, also the clients memory usage increases over time in proportion to FPS loss.
There is also another issue making sudden FPS drops which is not related to memory leak but actually to the number of players allowed on each instance of the current location. The game seems to allow way too many players on one instance, the FPS could be greatly improved by cutting the size of the instances to half.

Could someone explain to me the effects of memory leak, and what it would cause on my End for Ps4 NA?
I think I have an Idea on what it is you're all talking about but I want to confirm it.
Is memory leak the degradation of Ingame areas that do not load regardless of how long you wait or reload Ui and the textures and terrain ingame still do not load causing your game to slow to horrendous levels? If so then yes I have experienced this many many times since one Tamriel.
On PS4 Pro NA if that helps
70mgs download speed
15mgbs Upload speed on a dedicated router line

Has caused "fewer" problems it seems but obviously not free of disconnects etc.
