No reason to. Tha vast majority of people fit into the black and white if biological sex
Clothes that are owned by men are men's clothes, whether they are steel greaves or satin harem pants. Clothes owned by women are women's clothes, whether it's a frilly blouse or a welder's mask. I don't know just how fragile you have to be to feel threatened by these things.
I prefer to mix mine with the jester personality because who really wants to get killed by a tiny wood elf in a bright blue dress who then prances away merrily afterwards! At this point I have gotten a lot of crowns from eso plus and I don't know what else to spend them on but crown crates. Eso makes it very clear through my items received in said crown crates that I should be wearing a dress and that my maxed provisioning and alchemy skill is not good enough.

It's weird and it ruins my immersion, but whatever I played my fair share of MMOs and I know there are bunch of people that like doing it.
But if there are more than 2 genders, as some advocate for, how can there be only female/male clothes?
