Rawl'kha's (PS4 EU) popularity as a trading hub

Since moving over from the Xbone to the PS4 something that has struck me is how far down the list this particular hub is when it comes to all the larger guilds wanting to be there. From my experience on the X1, it was the place to be and purely reading comments on here, it seems to be the case on other platforms, yet on PS4 EU, all the major guilds prefer the capitals and front Crag.

Granted, I did leave the X1 before 1T, so maybe it has changed on that particular platform too. Whilst it's not a bad place to trade, it's nowhere near the best either.

On PC Rawl'Kha is a pretty high profile option. It has to do with how close the traders are to the wayshrine and how close the bank is. These are the same factors which put Mournhold and Wayrest up. Specifically their guild kiosks are close to the shrine, but the bank is across town, so still nice, but not quite as nice.

EDIT: I have no idea why it wouldn't be a top pick on PS4. That strikes me as really weird.

Yeah, I find it weird too. Rawl'Kha is pretty much the home of one set of guild traders because no one else really bothers about it. Not saying no other guilds ever bid there, they do, but it's mostly left to one person and his guilds.

Benefit of Rawl is that you have wayshrine, bank, stable and crafting station very close and all except the bank is outddoor.
Elden root has bank and crafting in the huge upstairs area there you can not ride.
Found it faster to port to Rawl than run upstairs to bank or craft.
Elden root has the undaunted enclave
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

I'm on PS4 na, reapers march zone chat is always dead, population very low.
However, Main cities and Craglorn all crowded and zone chats going nonstop.

Must be a PS4 thing. It's populated on the EU server, but nowhere near what it was on the X1 EU server. I never sell well there either.

On PS4 NA Rawl Kha is usually occupied by one or two big traders and a bunch of dummy traders.

I've got the banker, so I find Mournhold better for all my needs. Elden Root is horrid imo. Such long distances. If it weren't for the enclave, I suspect that would be empty.

Xbox eu, Rawlkha is second only to Mournhold which is by far the busiest. Craglorn is ok but behind Mourn, Rawlkha, wayrest and Elden root in terms of sales

On PS4 EU, it's about the same, but Rawl'kha is at the bottom of the pile. That said, Atin (wayrest) is by far the best trading spot in the game. she's a trading hub on her own.

Haven't been on PS4 NA in a while, but Rawl'kha used to be like the second most populated area behind Elden Root. One Tamriel changed a lot though, so maybe that had an effect. But you'd think more players from the other alliances would move over to Rawl'kha now that everything was merged. ~Pibb

PS4 EU Rawl'kha has always been dominated by one player and his many guilds and people standing on a rock spamming skills. I go there if the three main towns and Craglorn dont have what i'm after. Its not always the lowest prices either. Tend to be lower in the main towns.

Avoid Mournhold because the prices are ridiculous there and Rawlkha is ruled by some *** guilds who never have anything.

Wayrest is a high traffic area due to needing to pass by all the traders to pickup your dailies. Rawl'Kha is also a top location on PS4 NA.

I skip Rawl'Kha traders by default. Everything is overpriced there in my experience so I don't even bother to check.

PS4 EU is highly populated with Ebonheart and Dominion players.

They always Sit in Capital City's and avoid Rawlkha
