Quarry Conundrum Quest Bugged

In Wrothgar, the quest Quarry Conundrum appears to be bugged. The Kinetic Resonators do not appear to be intractable objects. This is happening on PC NA. My character name is Delnarean.
I have tried relogging and this did not fix the issue.
Here is a screenshot of my toon standing in front of the Resonator. You can actually see others in the room unable to activate as well.

Are you trying to interact as though you would with an npc? or are you hitting it with a light attack? Because you are suppose to light attack them.
