    Yes, please extend the event!
First the patch this morning broke my launcher and I couldn't play for a good chunk of the morning trying to repair my game.
Finally got to playing, and server has now crashed twice. They really need to extend the event an extra couple of days.

I would say at least an equal amount of time it took them to fix the event.

We, as a community, do not feel that ZOS needs to add any extended event days as long as this is hot-fixed in a reasonable amount of time. There are many people who have to work more than others here, and they will still have the same amount of time (or less) to complete the achievements vs those who can play all day or do not have a job. We, as a community, are not entitled to anything. We, as a community, did not pay for this event. We, as a community, are not losing anything. It is a free event that we, as a community, do not have to participate in.

Thanks for the event, ZOS. Keep up the great work! Now I gotta get back to PVPing so I can earn those alliance points ;)

If ZOS was prepared for this event I would say yes extend it, but they are not crashing, endless loading screens, long queue's . So I say end it when it is scheduled to end so that things return to normal.

Its not as if the achievements for the title and the meta are that hard to get.

I'm really not sure why on earth it wasn't 14 days to begin with, but definitely adjustments should be made to compensate for all the complications, . Many of us have limited play time without server crashes and bugged achievements taking time away from the event for us.

Only one bigger achievement that I was aware of , so extend the battle ground side of this event only and allow PvP to return to how it was before this lag fest

I'm going to be controversial and say no. It was only not working for four days and there is plenty of time to get a win.

The extension benefits everyone with just longer AP bonus and item rewards for something which isn't too hard to obtain.

I may have Voted to NOT extend the event, but that's because This event (to me is trash)

That doesn't exclude the fact that ZOS is completely incompetent to actually release an Entire event that in functionality CANNOT be completed.

Yes I want the event to extend only so I could properly get the BG achievement, last one I need and it wont get fixed for consoles until Wednesday.

At the same time, ZOSs crappy servers cant handle anymore of this nonsense, crashing and lagging and not being able to join or leave group, this event has been a total nightmare for all players. Sad thing is, history is gonna repeat itself, servers will never be fixed cause ZOS doesnt give 2 pennies about their loyal playerbase, they probably find the complaints amusing.

Monday is not a reasonable amount of time for people at the start of holiday season, where people will almost certainly be on vacation starting.....you guessed it, Monday. Therein lies the problem. A large part of the community will get excluded from this achievement (and if it was just an achievement, I wouldn't really care) and the cosmetic reward that comes with it (which, by the way, looks totally awesome). I do NOT wish for anyone to miss out on that because of a BUG and a 4-day delay on a bugged achievement fix.

So now they must schedule event's according to your vacation schedule?

Are you one of those people with no life then? Or maybe you're playing on PC/Mac so you've got a few extra days to complete an even that was x day to z day, but wait there was a problem and now it's actually y day to z day. For those that planned ahead and did the achievements ahead of time to plan around not being around for the end of the event, they deserve an extra week. No crates, but an extra week is a pretty simple request.

PS4 and XBOX players don't get their patch fix for the Pelinal achievement until early tomorrow after their maintenance. Those players have had it broken for 6 days (~55% of the event). They only have 5 specific days to log into the game in order to complete. I really mean no disrespect at all but I feel as a Community Manager, you probably should've been aware of that detail, and taken it into account when commenting.

I feel bad for those console players who needed to be out of town for the second week of this event. :(

Even though this may be a free event, it causes much more negativity than positivity, due to the way they handle the issues that are dealt to them. I personally nabbed the final achiev yesterday, still doesn't make a difference to all the players out there that may struggle trying to win bgs or need more time than normal getting 50 killing blows. There are a lot of very simple facts here... They advertised an event that has limited time only achievements/cosmetic rewards... They were yet again (happens every patch/event) extremely unprepared for it and released it with a ton of issues/bugs that literally made the entire population incapable of getting certain things for over half of the event length... Regardless of the event being free or not, it turns out to be a very negative affect to a large amount of people instead of positive. There are a very large amount of pve'rs (not good at pvp, at all) that are completionists and like to get every achievement possible, a certain form of "beating the game" if you will. The fact that ZOS releases events like this that have a limited time of getting certain achievements/cosmetics is beyond stupid. I mean I have well over 26k achiev points. The thought of looking at my summary page with a big blank space on achievements that will never be attainable again, due to the sheer incompetence of the development company is just disgusting. Opinions are opinions, some people do not care about achievements/cosmetics, then again many people do. IMO limited time achievs/cosmetics should not be a thing, all achievements should be attainable all the time.

Don't have limited time only achievements/cosmetics that are attainable only at certain times. If you do have limited time only things, make sure your event actually works at a satisfactory level. If it does not work, due to your direct incompetence and lack of any sort of quality control testing before you launch events or patches, fix it in a reasonable time (less than half the event length maybe?). If you cannot launch an event/patch properly (and don't really want to invest any time/money/man power into making sure it will work properly), and you don't really feel like fixing it until well over the halfway mark of the entire duration, maybe extend the event and give the players the amount of time you told them they would have to get the things they want. If you really cannot do any of the aforementioned things, probably would be a much better idea to not even host the event. If it was just double AP, nobody would have any issues. The fact is you have a massive amount of PVE achievement hunters that are all piling into a place where they never want to play, just to grab achievements. Fixing your servers isn't going to happen, its been well over 3 years... Just don't launch events/patches that are going to rage the majority of your player base. It is much better with the normal horrible lag/server performance than this current state of mayhem. Even though this may be a free event, it causes much more negativity than positivity, due to the way they handle the issues that are dealt to them.
