I was wondering about his no cp build with sustain. His cp campaign build is fine, i only use amber. Only 150 more so about 200 after passives and cp.0 -

Tried war maiden/soulshine/skoria 5L 2H hits hard but dies hard also!
I enjoyed soulshine/wizards/skoria 5H 2L seemed well balanced dmg/survivablitly, sustain a little trickier
And finally running cyrodills light/wizards/skoria 7L at the moment. Feels pretty tanky with decent dmg when using 4 chanelling abilities.

Invigorating Drain does not lower your Vamp level...
You are thinking about the feeding passives; those decrease your Vamp level...
Invigorating Drain will increase it...
