That is a cp campaign build. In battle grounds i had to go 2 regen 1 cost reduction and atro. I did 5 heavy as it was ok. Resource psn wrecks that build.

Its a lightningstaff, sry fixed it. But i play without jabs and dawnbreaker.
I just use dawnbreaker and jabs in bgs and sometimes in IC.. i tested much now and my best results, playing without any hard CC! Its better to wear skills like rapid regen for more survivalbility. My main ult is soulstrike for open PvP and duells. Purifying light with soulstrike is really strong!
Puncturing sweep has much counter, nearly all magicka classes can kite you like hell and cc you to dodge the effect of puncturing sweep. Together with that, you need to run to enemy targets, but with your fields you need to play very static or recast them very often. So i really like to play without them.

It's not. I ran that setup in Homestead and a big reason why it worked was that it was possible to use Thief mundas and a spell damage enchant. Sustain nerfs put an end to that.

    I've settled on Wizards/Alteration/vMA inferno/Skoria.

I like the lightning staff to much. You back bar reposte or alteration? I see the flame staff is better for bane and raidiant but i like the lightning buff to jabs the stun and for dawnie.

I was actually trying shackle breaker and alteration on back bar with sharpened lightning. Donno if i could afford to run light armour on my terrible Australian net

Fire staff will buff unstable core too. But I haven't tested if the tooltip DMG is wrong (delayed instead of a dot).

Jabs+ empowering sweeps is definitely buffed by lighting.

It's not calculated like that, but a wise man @Waffennacht helped me and hee me some very impressive damage reduction figures. I think it was about 49%. This applies to shields as well.

Or you use the reactive set for Lights of Cyrodiil. The damage reduction is much stronger..

Only when you're cc'd, if it still applied to snares I'd consider it for sure. But since I'm a templar ill cleanse an immobilize and it would only apply to hard cc. I run immovable pots too. My goal is to stay offensive as long as possible with massive dmg reduction. Reactive would also be a huge dps loss. This is meant to be a duel/ small scale build not a heal tank. Ill let y'all know how it goes when i get the rings next week.

Doesnt pirate skeleton give you major protection, which is a buff we already get from channeled focus? Seems like a bit of a waste if that's the case.

Build could work but I'd personally use engine guardian for more sustain

    channeled is minor.

Pirate skeleton is an essential part imo.

    Nice..

When I am back from vacation I will definitely try it out..

Great dmg reduction while being offensive and you could run redtoring focus to gain additional 8%dmg reduction

Let me know how it goes
