I recently returned to the game to attempt to resubscribe to check out the Morrowind content, however -
my account appears to be linked to an email address I no longer have access to (old internet provider).
So basically, the access code is being sent to an obsolete email address anytime I try to log in.
I've filled out the account recovery form (
https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/app/account_recovery), but I'm not getting anything back to the provided email address.
Is there a support number that you can call to talk to a rep directly? On the account recovery form you can't actually select a severity level so I assume that type
of support request would get top priority.
