The way it's written is definitely more of a positive spin than a confirmation - we already know based on the missing furniture week that they can't hotfix the vendor. So it's not like they could add a price or even remove it this weekend.
But good to get confirmation that we can use it.

- Luxury furniture is displayed in Forsaken Stronghold. Decorator default. Not luxury, but similar or close looking items marked with jester banners. Closed until ESO+ will be available again for Russia: without doubled limits there is not enough space.
- Two years with no ESO+ available. Eternal thanks to people who gifted music boxes, my everlasting ESO passion!

Also why in the world did you not cap these thrones at like 50 per account, if you had this must trouble with a pvp event how are you going to handle trillions of these thrones on the server.2 -

I'm not referring to the item dupe, I'm referring to the erroneous skill point issue, which lumped people farming Spriggans, people who reported the exploit, and anyone who happened by on a quest and joined in a group fight in with all the exploiters and banned everybody. Spriggans, as Alcast suggested, being a good thing to use on your new Stam Warden, which was when the bug happened.
So if they ban people just for trying to get gear for their new character, or just joining in a fight, or even for telling them that there's a bug in the first place, well, it makes you paranoid of anything that might get labeled an exploit, even if you're not trying to exploit it.2
