Nobody's playing warden in Cyrodiil either. Few people bought Morrowind, fewer still leveled a warden to 50 (mine's still level 16), most people probably want to get the achievement with their mains... Result: no wardens to be found. I actually saw two today, but one was on my side.

For 10k Gold, I'll happily let you kill me 20 times for the quest completion 1.5k Tel Var if it's in IC

Anyways, one of the 2 main reasons there aren't many Wardens in Cyro is because not everyone has bought Morrowind. The other is that not everyone likes the "slower" and more defensive gameplay of the class.

There aren't many wardens, because firstlly not everyone has Morrowind to even have access to the class, secondly there are a lot of PvE players playing the PvP at the moment and Warden is not that popular in PvE because is not best at any role and is weak at the most common role of DPS and thirdly contrary to the crying of few who lack objectivity / are set in their ways, Warden is only decent at best at PvP, it's good in groups, but really no better than any other class, nor does it provide anything irreplaceable in the way say negate is, and for solo/skirmishing, etc it still a worse option than NB or Sorc.

Lmao after playing warden over the last week both solo/duo and small scale its very strong in groups.

Provides 10% max hp to everyone, with almost 100% uptime. Basically a built it Well passive.

Has an aoe major defile on a skill with a decent radius which also heals for a lot after 6s had a few 14k~ healing crits. Which is on a skill that heals everything in it. Amazing in group fights, basically a must in keep fights, throwing this on a flag changes the game.

Has a very cheap and very effective healing ult, X amount of healing everything in it for 6s. Also heals X amount over 4 seconds after it ends, the second part on my tooltip is 30k over 4s and i'm a dps setup, not a healer with anything into healing really.

Has an offensive/ utility ult thats a very strong in a group:

- Aoe MOVING major protection which is amazing. Basically makes everyone in it take 30% less dmg which is great when your running into a bigger group with ults or even just popped mid fight.
- Aoe 70% snare, makes everything you hit come to a standstill and reapplies every 1s so it can't even be purged, great synergy when used with other ults as it makes wiping easy, stops people running.
- Aoe dmg is decent, its not amazing its around 60% of a destro ult tooltip but lasts 1s longer. The damage it noticable but not amazing.
- More importantly all of these allow you to set up 3~ deep fissures while the ultimate is on. When people are slowed, your taking less dmg and doing aoe and then you start throwing Aoe 19k tooltip shalk which are hitting 7-12k~ on a lot of of people at once is where mag wardens show their insane aoe and burst.

Literally all of its skills go through roll, wardens are the bane of anything medium. In a group a warden can easily snipe something from long range with just pigeons. Highest pigeon i've crit is 14k. Usually vs medium/light its around 9k~ crits.

Against anything medium they stand no chance, against stam nbs an imov/detect pot and they stand no chance, literally nothing they can do.

Wardens also provide some decent hot's while even on dps builds. They have so much utility.

No wardens? Last night, Alfred Hitchcock was on the milegate. Birds and fissures everywhere.

My main is a Warden. My body is ready, who wants some.

I've been cycling this kill quest constantly. No point trying to find 20 Wardens when double AP is on the line.

Thematically the Warden just doesn't appeal to me. Why animals? Why not undead minions? Really don't see to many posts asking for PETA the class. A lot of posts asking for necromancers.

Because the Warden was originally meant to be the 5th class in this game, but got scrapped before Beta. Logically, the first new class we would get would be just that one

They're terrible in PvE, so a lot of people avoided making one. While others just might not like the play style.

Only for DPS, which just happens to be the most popular and most common role
