Server crash erased friends list

I just crashed from Coldharbour with 2700 ping and when I came back, my friends list is empty and typing in any guild chats doesn't work

ZOS, what in the actual blue hell?

[EDIT] OK, another crash put it all back to normal but still, what the hell? Please fix ur stuff ZoS this is ridiculous
