Haha, the fastest you can move in sprint using elusive mist is equal to running without sprint without it applied. If people are getting away from you using it that's a purely LTP situation. If someone uses elusive mist you should be able to jog right alongside of them as they keep using it until they run out of Magic to cast it again.
