Did no one in ZOS QC team even checked if the achievements are working or not? Do you guys leave everything for players to test and report back? We are not your Test Bots. We pay to play not pay to test your incompetence.

Seriously ZOS, why put yourself through this? All this whining about a tiara and an achievemet. Stop the madness before your forum floors get flooded.
Even though this may be a free event, it causes much more negativity than positivity, due to the way they handle the issues that are dealt to them. I personally nabbed the final achiev yesterday, still doesn't make a difference to all the players out there that may struggle trying to win bgs or need more time than normal getting 50 killing blows. There are a lot of very simple facts here... They advertised an event that has limited time only achievements/cosmetic rewards... They were yet again (happens every patch/event) extremely unprepared for it and released it with a ton of issues/bugs that literally made the entire population incapable of getting certain things for over half of the event length... Regardless of the event being free or not, it turns out to be a very negative affect to a large amount of people instead of positive. There are a very large amount of pve'rs (not good at pvp, at all) that are completionists and like to get every achievement possible, a certain form of "beating the game" if you will. The fact that ZOS releases events like this that have a limited time of getting certain achievements/cosmetics is beyond stupid. I mean I have well over 26k achiev points. The thought of looking at my summary page with a big blank space on achievements that will never be attainable again, due to the sheer incompetence of the development company is just disgusting. Opinions are opinions, some people do not care about achievements/cosmetics, then again many people do. IMO limited time achievs/cosmetics should not be a thing, all achievements should be attainable all the time.
Don't have limited time only achievements/cosmetics that are attainable only at certain times. If you do have limited time only things, make sure your event actually works at a satisfactory level. If it does not work, due to your direct incompetence and lack of any sort of quality control testing before you launch events or patches, fix it in a reasonable time (less than half the event length maybe?). If you cannot launch an event/patch properly (and don't really want to invest any time/money/man power into making sure it will work properly), and you don't really feel like fixing it until well over the halfway mark of the entire duration, maybe extend the event and give the players the amount of time you told them they would have to get the things they want. If you really cannot do any of the aforementioned things, probably would be a much better idea to not even host the event. If it was just double AP, nobody would have any issues. The fact is you have a massive amount of PVE achievement hunters that are all piling into a place where they never want to play, just to grab achievements. Fixing your servers isn't going to happen, its been well over 3 years... Just don't launch events/patches that are going to rage the majority of your player base. It is much better with the normal horrible lag/server performance than this current state of mayhem. Even though this may be a free event, it causes much more negativity than positivity, due to the way they handle the issues that are dealt to them.

We, as a community, do not feel that ZOS needs to add any extended event days as long as this is hot-fixed in a reasonable amount of time. There are many people who have to work more than others here, and they will still have the same amount of time (or less) to complete the achievements vs those who can play all day or do not have a job. We, as a community, are not entitled to anything. We, as a community, did not pay for this event. We, as a community, are not losing anything. It is a free event that we, as a community, do not have to participate in.
Thanks for the event, ZOS. Keep up the great work! Now I gotta get back to PVPing so I can earn those alliance points
I went into Kyne who was had an queue to enter, don't think that have happened beforeThe queues are horrible ... 350+ -- and I assume once I do get there, if I get there, the lag will be atrocious. One problem is that cyro is notorious for lag and loading screens that turn into a disconnect. Reconnecting puts you back where you were before you entered cyro (not to mention another queue to endure).
Maybe if there are events like this in cyro again, you could make a campaign or two just for the event.

@Kildayen I think you should take another look at the poll results bud, you are a severe minority. Will not be fixed until next week (if the fix works).

Who decided you get to speak for the community?
In this case it should be extended to 8/3, they can turn it off at any time they did so with the anniversary event who stopped during play. Here they simply stop giving out boxes and disable the double AP scroll.ZOS_JessicaFolsom wrote: »We've determined that the fix for the Pelinavant the Scourge achievement requires server downtime to deploy. 90% of the community agrees with my opinion, yet only 10% agree with yours. Keep in mind these achievements can only be obtained during this event. So people who planned on getting all of them done this week and do not have time to play next week are in a very uncomfortable place. Of course this is all relating to people that actually care about achievements. Personally having well over 26k achievement points, and almost everything done on my main toon, I would lose it if I was not able to complete all of them so I can see where 90% of the community is coming from. Why would anyone disagree honestly? You are not a fan of double AP?

As of right now, 71 people voted to extend the time according to your poll. There are thousands of players. 81 votes is not 90% of the community. I love the double AP and wouldn't mind having it all the time, or for just a little bit longer. I just don't think it is necessary for ZOS to give us something longer. Everyone feels they are entitled to things these days. I am kinda tired of it. I want a game that works because I paid for it. I did not pay for the FREE event. It is just a bonus. ZOS has a lot of work to do. I would rather them fix the broken parts of this game than take the time to add a few extra days of bonus XP.
