Create more content for tanks and heals. Like vMA test. Like DPS dummy test.

Honestly it's just ridiculous how much the game oriented towards DDs. I have 8 maxed out chars for all possible roles, but it makes me sad that any time I need to get gear for my tanks or heals I switch to DD's to get them that gear.
Why not create healing or tanking challenges, where support roles could test their skills and get a reward if they are good? Or even get ranked?

Giving us controlled situations to test our tanking and healing is by itself counter productive.ESO Balance:

You are apparently not trying to get trials gear. with 8-9 DPS per trial and 1 tank, it's way easier to grind trials as a DD. Also, tanking pugs in a trial absolutely sucks.1 -

I farm all my gear on my healer. No problems ever finding a group because I make the group. I can also mitigate most of the idiots in the trial with my healing to keep them alive.

True. And a benefit in ESO is being able to quickly change to DPS. I dps overland on my tank. I do not change any CP or attributes. Merely change gear and skills. Giving how many skill points there are in the game it is easy. Anything not overland or open, except some WBs, does not require much dps. Everything else can use a tank.0 -
Crumorn✭✭✭In WoW we had something like this and I thought it was great. It was basically a challenge where you would earn medals and before competing you would choose which role you would compete as so to test your healing abilities, tanking, and dps abilities.0 -
