If I had to pick one of the above, it would be the ESO morrowind theme, as its miles better than the ESO main theme.
Personally however, I prefer the Dark Brotherhood music out of everything I have heard so far.

Every big TES game (i.e. non-mobile) since Morrowind has used as its main theme an arrangement of Morrowind's, including Oblivion's, all of Skyrim's, and ESO's.
One time I did the unthinkable and read some YouTube comments and some joker was claiming that Morrowind's theme was itself an arrangement of a piece from Daggerfall, but I'm here to tell you all that that is 100% false. It's complete nonsense.
Everyone who has voted in this poll (aside from one) is in agreement that Jeremy Soule's TES theme is the best. All we're discussing here is which arrangement we prefer.1 -

Actually, TESIV Oblivion's main theme also has that distinct Elder Scrolls melody. It's paced faster, though.2
