Minor Slayer Not Working on Dummy

After doing some testing, it seems minor slayer doesn't work on the skeleton dummy. Is this working as intended? If I multiply my DPS by 1.05, is that a fair way to determine the DPS I would have had. Thanks guys.

✭Did you do a controlled test to be sure? Use one skill with 3-piece trials set on. Change one piece to an equivalent piece of a different set. Recheck the skill. If it does the same damage then it's not working. You might also do try this in a dungeon too to see if it's the dummy or Minor Slayer thats got the problem.
Assuming you don't have any other "damage done" amps then yes 1.05 works.0 -

✭Ok, I have confirmed that Minor Slayer is indeed NOT WORKING at all on the PTS. I cast Liquid Lightning on the target dummy and on a dungeon boss with both the 3 piece Master Architect and with switching the 3rd piece for an identical quality non set piece. The damage was exactly the same in both cases.

Yeah that's what I did too. Had a 3 piece of the jewelry on and just switched out the 3rd piece for a ring from a different set with same stats and enchant. Kinda disappointed cause I was testing stuff for a couple of hours before I realized.0 -
